The CNC lathe DynaTurn 102 CNC is suitable for turning simple and complex workpieces in piece and serial production.
The hardened spindle made of high-quality steel, housed in conical bearings, guarantees precise, vibration-free operation.
The rigidity of the machine is determined by the kinematic arrangement and the massive bed made of cast granite "mineral casting". Longitudinal and transverse support together form a robust cross table stored in a pre-tensioned rolling guide. The machine easily handles the machining of difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel, titanium, etc.

The machine is supplied as standard with SINUMERIK 828D, alternatively in an economic variant with SINUMERIK 808D ADVANCED from Siemens.
The SINUMERIK 828D and the “Digital Twin” include software for managing the entire product life cycle in the real and virtual world. Thanks to this, production and development processes can be effectively planned and optimized.
